| Optima Camelview consist of three phase with a total of about 700 units. Phases one and two are sold out and phase three is currently available. Phase one should be completed early in 2007. The developer has placed restrictions on resales so that resales will not be available soon. Phase 3 has one bedroom units in the low $500k, 2-bedrooms in the mid $600k to $900k, 3-bedroom units in the $800-900k and penthouses up to $2.5 million.
